Follow these steps to safely join our Discord and open a support ticket. This ensures a secure setup process while protecting you from scams.

⚠️ Security Reminder: Scammers may impersonate support staff or offer unsolicited help in DMs. Never engage with direct messages claiming to be support. Always use official channels and private ticketing systems for assistance.
1. Join Our Discord
Click the link above to join our official Discord server. If you don’t have a Discord account, you’ll need to create one by following the sign-up steps before accessing the server.
2. Verify Your Account
Once entered, you should click on the ‘Complete’ button on the right bottom corner, agree to the rules and click submit.
To ensure a safe and spam-free environment, all users must verify by clicking the designated emoji. This confirms you're not a bot and helps maintain a secure space for the community.
3. Ignore Direct Messages
Once you're in the server, ignore any direct messages from users claiming to be support or offering unsolicited help. Official support is provided only through our server’s designated support ticket system.
Turn Off Server DMs (Recommended)
To reduce spam and prevent impersonation attempts:
Right-click the Derivio server icon in Discord
Select "Privacy Settings"
Turn off the option labeled "Allow Direct Messages from Server Members
4. How to Get Help
a) Create a Support Ticket After joining the server, scroll to the top of the channel list and locate the channel named “tickets.” Click on it and follow the instructions to open a support ticket.
b) Access Your Ticket
Once submitted, a new ticket channel will appear on the left sidebar. Click it to open your private ticket and begin communicating with the support team.
c) Provide Details Clearly explain your issue in detail. The more accurate and specific your explanation, the faster our team can assist you.
