How to Place a Market Order
Search for a Token Click on a featured trending token or enter the ticker or contract address in the search bar.
Enter Order Amount Specify how much SOL you want to use to purchase the token.
Confirm and Execute Click “Buy [TOKEN NAME]” to submit your market order.
On the Market Page, You’ll See:
Market Cap – Total token valuation
Volume – Recent trading activity
Liquidity Pool Size – Available depth for trading
Your Activity – SOL bought, SOL sold, current holdings, and unrealized gains/losses
This is also where you can see solscan, verify creators, and access token-related content like TikTok or X communities.
Before You Trade: Key Settings to Consider
1. Priority Fee
Add an optional fee to increase your transaction's priority and likelihood of fast confirmation.
2. Slippage Tolerance
Define the maximum acceptable price movement (as a %) between order submission and execution.
3. MEV Protection
Mitigates front-running attacks. Malicious bots can detect your incoming buy and frontrun it to profit at your expense. Enable MEV Protection to add a bribe fee, which helps block sandwich attacks.The hand-and-coin icon in the upper right shows the minimum MEV bribe required. Set your MEV bribe above this value for effective protection.
4. Bribe Fee (Only active when Boost Mode is ON)
This is the anti-MEV bribe amount. Similar to priority fees, but targeted at disincentivizing malicious bots from sandwiching your trade.
Note: MEV Protection is only relevant for buy transactions. Most tokens do not require it when selling.
