# How to start

#### Signup

Our onboarding is designed to be fast, intuitive, and secure — one of the simplest in the industry.

#### Step-by-Step Onboarding Process

**1. Click “Sign Up”**\

Choose your preferred sign-up method:

* Email
* Google
* Phantom Wallet\

**2. Enter the One-Time Code**\

If you signed up via email, check your inbox for a one-time code and enter it into the field provided.

**3. Create Your Password & View Recovery Key**\

After entering the code:

* Set a secure password
* You’ll be shown your Secret Recovery Phrase (seed phrase)\
  \
  **Important:**\
  Your recovery phrase allows you to access your wallet from any device. Do not share it with anyone. Ever.

**4. Fund Your Wallet**\
\
You can deposit SOL directly into your new Derivio wallet.\

Your wallet address will be displayed after setup.

#### Additional Recommendations

* You can always access your recovery phrase later in your account settings.
* For additional flexibility, we recommend importing your recovery phrase into a standard wallet like Phantom, Rabby, or Solflare. This ensures uninterrupted access to your funds under any conditions.\ <br>
